It was raining, today ...~~

All this talk about er snow has really put it on my mind. I walked outside in the streets in the rain and ah everyone kept telling me to get in because I was going to get wet, as if getting wet was such a bad thing!! Being wet is just like being dry only er ... well it's wetter! But being wet never hurt anyone! I don't know why everyone always hurries away from being made wet when it's just water but then they love getting wet in a bath and

Oh but I'm getting all off the topic I was writing about ah wasn't I?

I was walking in the rain and getting wet and I was thinking that if I were somewhere else where it were colder, there would be snow~~ There would be a little bit of snow in Norey sometimes and er when I was in Eastern Dentoria with ... with Tristan, we would see such nice snow, sometimes!! He showed me that you could catch a snowflake on your tongue and make a wish!!

None of my wishes ever came true, but it was still very fun to make them!

... so I've been thinking about that~~ And wishing for a little snow ...

It just looks like a normal folder full of paper ... is it really so important ...~? I read the first page, but I don't understand any of it hahaha~~

I made mashed potatoes!! Er, I made a lot of mashed potatoes! I thought well maybe if I was going to try it I should put it to ah good use so I made them for every single person I know here and oh my arm hurts from so much stirring and mashing but I think they turned out good!! I used butter and milk and salt and er well potatoes and took a bit around to everyone that I know and I think they all liked them very much~~

And I just wanted to let you know that~

Oh and ah a very very Happy Festival to everyone~ Doesn't this day just, hm, make you want to sing~~?

I really don't think that these men you've set me to watching have anything worth seeing! I haven't ah found a single thing out of place yet and it's been a month!

Well, today I was out, er, walking, and I wasn't really paying any attention to where I was going, and I tripped over this fellow! Oh, I felt so silly! He was carrying all these papers and they all flew everywhere! Naturally, I just I had to help him so I started gathering up all those papers -- oh and some of them even landed in the mud oh I still feel terrible -- and he ... er, well, I looked down at the papers while he was telling me that it wasn't my fault and he wasn't looking where he was going, either, and I saw what was on the papers and it was -- well, it was music!!

I always loved music ... er, I don't know why, but music has always ... made me happy~ Everyone tells me I have a very nice singing voice but oh I don't know if they're -- but that's not really ... er, I mean to say ...

He wrote the music!

I sang a few notes -- I can never help it. And he seemed so happy that I knew how to read his music and even more happy when I told him that I liked what he wrote and ...

Well, I suppose I mean to say, by all of this, that I think I've made a friend!

He wants for me to meet him for sandwiches, tomorrow! That sounds ... ah, well, it sounds nice. I've been very alone in this city, for the most part. And the only people I do Er ahah I shouldn't really ... So it will be nice to have some company!

Er, hello ...~~

Er, well, at Lady B someone's suggestion, I spent today exploring Rechesa!! It's er a little strange, I've been here for so long and I've barely seen any of the city so ah it was actually very nice ...~

I went to see the nice houses in the wealthy quarter and that was very nice, because the buildings here are half like the buildings in Atsiria and half like the buildings in Dentoria and it was very different and ah strange and it felt like standing in a fairy tale, but not a sunny fairy tale, more like a Through The Looking Glass sort of fairy tale but in a good way!! Not in a, er, creepy way ...

Oh but then someone told me that I shouldn't be standing in the middle of the road looking at all the trimmings and they were probably right because I almost got hit a few times, so, er, well, I left them ...

I spent a little time in the market, too, but ... oh well to be honest, I don't like markets very much. I know that merchants are always trying to get the highest price from their customers no matter what and it just makes me uncomfortable knowing that someone could be getting scammed right beside me and I couldn't do a thing about it ...

Er and then it started raining. It rains so much at this time of year in this country! But it was, er, a nice rain, not a bad rain ...
